(Vancouver, WA)  --  Health officials are confirming yet another case of the measles in southwestern Washington.  Clark County Public Health says they confirmed a new case yesterday, bringing the county's total to 72 confirmed cases.  Another four confirmed cases in Multnomah County and one confirmed case in Washington's King County bring the regional outbreak total to 77 cases.
