(Portland, OR)  --  Bail is set at 14-million dollars for a man facing dozens of sexual assault charges involving a young girl.  Police arrested 45-year-old Jason McConnell yesterday in Gresham on 56 counts of first-degree sexual assault.  He's accused of abusing a ten-year-old girl for four years.
