(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot to death while driving on I-5 in Douglas County.  Oregon State Troopers say 53-year-old Edward Lanier of Myrtle Creek was driving down the highway near Roseburg Sunday when a man driving another car fired at him.  Witnesses described the suspect as a man in his 30s wearing a red baseball cap, driving some sort of silver car with no license plate.
