(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of snatching purses from people inside hospitals in the Portland and Vancouver areas.  The Portland Police Bureau released a surveillance image of the suspect yesterday.  Police say they have evidence he's used credit cards inside the stolen purses to make purchases at stores in Portland, Happy Valley, Tigard and The Dalles.
