(Portland, OR)  --  State officials are looking into what tools and resources can be used to fight wildfires in the state.  Governor Kate Brown's Wildfire Response Council met Monday to start the discussions.  Brown is looking for more people, tools and technology.  According to the state fire marshal, the state spent more than 31-million-dollars last year on combating wildfires.
