(Portland, OR)  --  The new Multnomah County Health Department headquarters is now open in Portland.  County officials opened the Gladys McCoy Health Department headquarters across from Union Station at Northwest 6th Avenue and Hoyt Street yesterday morning.  The building is replacing the health department's old headquarters downtown.  The new facility took eight years to build.
