(Portland, OR)  --  Construction is underway on a new footbridge connecting Wildwood Trail across West Burnside Street.  Crews broke ground yesterday on the bridge to be named Barbara Walker Crossing.  The bridge will allow runners and walkers to cross Burnside Street safely.  The bridge is expected to be completed in September.
