(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old boy at Pioneer Place Mall.  Portland police arrested 30-year-old Dontai Howe yesterday for the incident inside a bathroom at the mall on Sunday.  Police say Howe admitted to sexually assaulting the boy.  He's facing charges of first-degree sodomy and first-degree sex abuse.
