(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of an 85-year-old woman killed by a hit-and-run driver in southwest Portland.  Police say Ortrud Vatheuer was struck and killed Tuesday at Southwest 45th Avenue and Carson Street.  Police are still looking for the suspect driver.  The suspect was said to be driving a red or burgundy older model van.
