(Portland, OR)  --  The Eastbank Esplanade is set to reopen to the public this week following two months of repairs.  KATU reports the path along the east side of the Willamette River will reopen Friday afternoon.  Crews made repairs to the pathway and lights while removing graffiti and adding some new plants.
