(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing charges after a traffic stop turned up drugs and a stolen gun.  Police in Oregon City pulled 19-year-old Austin McKinney over Monday night and found what they call a substantial amount of cocaine in his car, along with MDMA, Xanax and a stolen handgun.  He was booked into Clackamas County Jail on several charges.
