(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening a Dutch Brothers Coffee barista with a walking staff in Vancouver.  Police say 34-year-old Kristopher Shaffer was speaking angrily and unintelligibly Tuesday when he approached the barista on Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard with a walking stick raised above his head.  Shaffer allegedly told responding officers that he was "just going with the flow and letting it do its thing."  Police say he admitted to using meth a few days before the incident.
