(Vancouver, WA)  --  One man is dead following an auto-pedestrian crash on SR 500 in Vancouver.  Police say 27-year-old Veniamin Ponomarev was not using a crosswalk when he was hit while crossing the highway Wednesday night.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and was not issued any citations.
