(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank at the Washington Square Mall in Tigard.  Officials say the man entered the Wells Fargo branch Wednesday afternoon and handed the teller a note saying he was armed.  He's described as a man in his 50s wearing a black baseball cap, black jacket and black glasses.
