(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man and former mental health technician is accused of sexually abusing a patient at a psychiatric hospital near Beaverton.  The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 28-year-old Christopher Zeisler Tuesday for the incident at Cedar Hills Hospital in December.  Investigators say Zeisler was working the night shift at the hospital when he forcibly sexually abused a female patient in his care.
