(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly attacking another man with a knife at an apartment complex in southeast Portland.  Police arrested 42-year-old Ricky Coley for the assault yesterday in an apartment parking lot on Southeast Naegeli Drive.  Police say he slashed another man with a knife.  The victim was hospitalized and is expected to survive.
