(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead after a truck crashed into a propane tank in Clackamas and caught fire in what police say may have been a suicide.  It happened yesterday afternoon at a Franz bread location on Southeast Carpenter Drive at Capps Road.  Police say it appears the driver of the truck crashed into the propane tank on purpose.  Police are investigating the incident as a possible suicide.
