(Portland, OR)  --  Police believe alcohol or drugs were likely a factor in a crash that injured four people in north Portland.  Police say the two-car crash happened Saturday night when a pickup truck crossed into oncoming traffic on Columbia Boulevard and hit a car head-on.  First responders reportedly needed to extricate the pickup truck's driver along with three people inside the other vehicle.
