(Portland, OR)  --  A domestic violence suspect is behind bars following a brief standoff in Beaverton.  Police arrested 31-year-old Arturo Garcia at Hunter's Run Apartments Sunday night.  He was wanted on a felony secret indictment warrant for domestic violence.
