(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man shot and killed in Northwest Portland.  Police say 39-year-old Michael Owens was shot Friday along Logie Trail Road off of Highway 30.  Further details were not immediately available.  Police say everyone involved in the shooting has been contacted and has cooperated with investigators.
