(Portland, OR)  --  One man is charged with arson after allegedly causing a hash oil explosion at an apartment in southeast Portland.  Police arrested 47-year-old Darrell Desrosiers for the explosion Saturday morning at the St. Francis Park Apartments on Southeast Stark Street.  Police say Desrosiers was making butane hash oil when the explosion occurred.  Desrosiers suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the explosion and was taken to a hospital.  He was charged with one count of felony arson incident to manufacture on Monday.
