(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland woman is recovering after becoming injured and stranded while hiking near the Clackamas River.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Water Rescue Team was undergoing training on the river Monday when they received news that a hiker had broken her ankle near the Fish Creek Trailhead roughly three miles away.  The rescue team hiked up to the woman and transported her to an ambulance.
