(Portland, OR)  --  One person is seriously injured after being struck by a car in Old Town.  Police say the pedestrian was crossing West Burnside at 3rd Avenue last night when a driver struck them.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene to cooperate.  The victim is expected to survive.
