(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing felony charges after allegedly violating a stalking order at a Portland-area Starbucks.  KATU-2 reports Multnomah County prosecutors are charging Jason Sampson with two felonies after he entered the Pioneer Courthouse Square Starbucks late last month.  Police say Sampson was barred from the Starbucks after he allegedly chased after and attacked a female customer there twice last summer.
