(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing charges in connection to the death of a man whose body was found on a sidewalk downtown.  Police have arrested 38-year-old Daniel Paul Conner on charges of murder and unlawful use of a weapon.  Police say officers found the victim's body bleeding heavily at Southwest Broadway and Alder Streets just after midnight Monday.
