(Lane County, OR)  --  Water rescue teams were out helping people amid rising flood levels yesterday.  In Lane County, teams were called out to the Knickerbocker Bridge in Eugene to help nearby campers trapped by the waters.   In Josephine County, Sheriff's deputies sprang into action after a woman and her animals needed to be rescued from a truck towing a camper.  Crews say the woman tried driving through a flooded area when her truck stalled.
