(Portland, OR)  --  A man is charged with DUII following a head-on crash that injured multiple people in north Portland.  KATU reports 32-year-old Jorge Luis Cedillos-Paniagua has been charged with DUII as well as reckless driving and third-degree assault for the crash March 30th.  Police say he was heading west on North Columbia Boulevard at Interstate Place when he crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a vehicle head-on.  Four people were hospitalized.
