(Portland, OR)  --  A man and his teenage niece are dead following a crash in Marion County.  KATU reports 29-year-old Brian Ferguson was driving a delivery truck with his 17-year-old niece in the passenger seat Saturday when he crashed into a utility pole near Salem.  Police are looking into whether speed was a factor in the crash.
