(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a deadly shooting outside a southeast Portland bar in February.  Police arrested 35-year-old Javier Omar Solis yesterday at a hotel on Northeast Sandy Boulevard.  He's accused of shooting and killing 25-year-old Charles Exzavyer Gaines outside the Tik Tok Restaurant and Bar on February 18th.
