(Kelso, WA)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a suspect accused of shooting and killing a sheriff's deputy in southwestern Washington.  Brian Butts is accused of killing Cowlitz County Sheriff's Deputy Justin DeRosier Saturday night when the deputy was sent out to check on a disabled motorhome blocking a road.  Two Kelso police officers shot and killed Butts Sunday night when he allegedly flashed a gun as they tried to arrest him.  Two brothers, Matthew and Michael Veatch, also face charges in the case.
