(Portland, OR)  --  A 66-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly shooting a shotgun near a school in southwest Portland.  Mark Mordini allegedly told police he was trying to scare the crows off his property when he fired his shotgun yesterday near Catlin Gable School and West Tualatin View Elementary School.  Both schools were briefly put into lockdown.  Police arrested Mordini on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon.
