(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing life in prison for the hate crime-related hit-and-run death of a 19-year-old black man.  A judge sentenced Russell Courtier to life in prison yesterday, with no possibility of parole until he's spent at least 32 years behind bars.  He was convicted last month of running over and killing Larnell Bruce Jr. in 2016.
