(Coos Bay, OR)  --  Coos Bay is receiving a 20-million-dollar grant to work on bridges.  Representative Peter DeFazio says the grant will make it possible to move a train from Coquille to Eugene with one crew.  The grant comes as Georgia Pacific Mill prepares to shut down operations in Oregon.
