(Salem, OR) -- A deal between Cylvia Hayes and the Oregon Government Ethics Commission is expected to go up for a vote sometime today. The former First Lady of Oregon has agreed to a 50-thousand-dollar fine in a second attempt at a settlement. Hayes faced the potential of 110-thousand-dollars in fines after ethics investigators said she violated ethics laws 22 times between 2011 and 2013 while serving as Oregon's first lady.
