(Portland, OR)  --  A woman and her eight-year-old child are hospitalized with critical injuries following a crash near La Center.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says the 36-year-old woman was driving west on Northeast Lockwood Creek Road with her four children Saturday morning when her vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree.  The woman and her eight-year-old were both rushed to Portland-area hospitals.  The other three children were not injured.
