(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a lit cigarette was to blame for a house fire that killed one person in southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the home on Southeast Taggart Street early Saturday morning to find flames shooting from the home's windows.  Crews found one man deceased inside the home.  No other injuries were reported.
