(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon State Marine Board is set to begin its annual marine law enforcement training next week.  It starts Monday and will go until May 10 on Lake Billy Chinook in Jefferson County.  New or seasonal marine law enforcement officers will go through intensive training, especially those new to boating laws, boat handling and water safety fundamentals.
