(Portland, OR)  --  Police are asking for help in their search for a suspect who stabbed an 18-year-old woman in northeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau has released surveillance footage of the attack March 10th on Northeast 78th Avenue.  The footage shows the suspect following the woman past several houses before attacking her.  Police say the attack was random and that the victim and suspect do not appear to know each other.  The victim is continuing to recover after being released from a hospital.
