(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are injured following a head-on crash near Hillsboro.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says the crash happened yesterday morning at Glencoe and Wren Roads.  Two people were taken to a hospital for treatment.  An investigation is ongoing.
