(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a Portland man in connection to a homicide in Jefferson County.  Sheriff's deputies arrested 39-year-old Derek Johnson for the death of 55-year-old Robin Stender, whose body was found at a home on Twin Creeks Lane Saturday night.  Police say the victim appears to have died from asphyxiation and blunt force trauma.
