(Portland, OR)  --  A suspect accused of shooting a man to death in northwest Portland is behind bars after being arrested in Eugene.  The Portland Police Bureau and the U.S. Marshals Office arrested 23-year-old Willie Mitchell yesterday.  He's accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old Trayontay Jones last Friday outside the Shake Bar on Northwest 4th Avenue.
