(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a crash that injured two people in Lake Oswego.  Police say the crash happened yesterday afternoon along Pacific Highway.  Two drivers were hospitalized and a telephone pole was damaged in the crash.  Further details were not immediately available.
