(Portland, OR) -- A woman is recovering after being stabbed in the foot in Portland's Old Town District. Police responded to an area along Northwest 6th Avenue Saturday on reports of the stabbing. She was rushed to a hospital and is expected to recover. Police say they've arrested a man in connection to the incident.
