(Portland, OR)  --  One person is facing charges after allegedly threatening another person with a shotgun in northeast Portland.  Police responded to an area along Northeast Broadway yesterday.  Responding officers found the suspect at Northeast 82nd Avenue and Tillamook Street and arrested him after finding a shotgun in the trunk of his car.  It's not yet clear what led to the shooting threat.
