(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is underway into the discovery of a man's body lying in the road in northeast Portland.  Police responded to the 3100 block of Northeast Multnomah Street early yesterday morning on reports of possible gunfire and found one man dead in the road.  It's not yet clear how the man died.
