(Vancouver, WA)  --  Two people are dead following a small plane crash in southwestern Washington.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says a pilot reported seeing the downed aircraft yesterday afternoon in a marshy area near East Fork Lewis River.  Responding deputies found two men dead inside the plane, which is described as a propeller plane with one engine and two seats.  Deputies say it appears the men died on impact.  It's not yet clear what led to the crash.  The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
