(Portland, OR)  --  The largest food cart pod in downtown Portland is slated to close at the end of the month.  City Center Parking sent out a letter to food cart owners late last week saying the pod will shut down by June 30th to make way for a major development project.  All vendor contracts will be terminated by that date.
