(Sacramento, CA)  --  Governor Kate Brown is joining California Governor Gavin Newsom and Washington Governor Jay Inslee in calling for stronger reproductive health laws.  The letter says states must put their own protections in place to defend every American's right to reproductive freedom.  The governors are calling for stronger protections in statute and state constitutions.  They say Roe vs Wade is settled law, and efforts by a handful of states to undermine federal law are unconstitutional.
