Three Teens Killed In Alleged DUII Crash In Salem

(Salem, OR)  --  Three teenagers are dead following an alleged DUI crash in Salem.  Police say the crash happened late Sunday night when a suspected drunk driver ran a red light at Salem Parkway and Cherry Avenue, slamming into another vehicle.  Three teens inside the other vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.  Police have identified them as 19-year-old Trinity Watt, 19-year-old Madison Capobianco and 18-year-old Makayla Tryon.  Police identify the suspected drunk driver as 25-year-old Juan Carlos Rodríguez Palacios and say his blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit at the time of his arrest.
