(Portland, OR)  --  A bicyclist is dead following a crash with a convertible in Tigard.  Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue says the male bicyclist was struck last night at Highway 99 and Southwest Gaarde Street.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
